The Empowered Collective

Welcome

My name is Amanda and I'm so glad you're here!

I started this community with the intention to create a space for people to feel empowered, inspired, re-centered, and "home." I fully believe that when we are in alignment with ourselves, at our core, we are in alignment with our life. And that alignment feels so freaking good that it extends out into the rest of the world creating a beautiful ripple effect.

When you join our Collective you can look forward to:

  • Power yoga classes (both recorded and live!)
  • Breath-work and grounding exercises
  • Courses on self-empowerment (self-empowerment is the new self-improvement)
  • and so much more! (i.e. I will be bringing in wellness practitioners in the future as collaborators offering their teachings as well)

About

A little bit about me...

I love pretty much any type of body movement, strong dark coffee, doggos (ever heard of a Flat-Coated Retriever?), the Colorado mountains, and empowering others to tap into their most aligned and purpose driven life.

Why power yoga?

I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and was drawn to power yoga very early on. Power yoga isn't just about building a strong, healthy body - it's about developing your own sense of internal power (aka intuition) and strength that guides you through your life. Practicing power yoga helps us reconnect with ourselves in the most intimate and deep way and I'm honored to be able to share it with you. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, my classes and teachings are designed to speak to all levels, inviting each person to meet themselves where they are in the moment, regardless of past experience.

Along with power yoga classes, I will be offering other teachings that are grounded in helping you spark and ignite your own inner fire. I believe every single person holds something inside of them that is waiting to be uncovered - it's who you are at the core, your essence - and it's waiting to be shared with others. So let's do this!

Lastly...

As much as I love being a teacher, I am, and always will be, forever a student. There's always something new to learn and embody and I'm here for it. Grateful to be on this journey with you.
